Avenew 888 by Avenew Development is a community of six contemporary buildings in the Dubai South residential district, each up to 11 floors. A modular facade gives residents privacy and open views. The buildings share landscaped green spaces, communal terraces and co-living areas, all set around a walkable boulevard. Living and dining are on the lower floor and the bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom. Amenities include three adult pools and a children's pool, indoor and outdoor gyms, a jogging track, a half basketball court, a ping pong zone, a dog park and a pets area, kids' play areas, BBQ areas, an amphitheatre, a plaza and an activity lawn. The co-living spaces include a lobby, a coffee shop, coworking, a library, an art atelier, a flower and plant shop, a herbal and hydroponics garden, and a connection bridge that links the buildings.
