Sei Saadiyat is Aldar's newest residential launch inside Saadiyat Cultural District, Abu Dhabi — the same island that carries the Louvre Abu Dhabi, teamLab Phenomena and the upcoming Guggenheim Abu Dhabi. It is a wellness-led, design-forward community rather than a yield play: restrained materials (stone, wood, brushed metal, Japan-sourced border tiling) and a shared amenity program built around movement, restoration and connection. The launch introduces a new format to Aldar's portfolio, the Kanso Loft — a double-height 2-bedroom unit — alongside standard 1 and 2-bedroom apartments and signature 3-bedroom Kanso Residences. The full community comprises 6 residential buildings (4 mid-rise, G+7, and 2 high-rise, G+17) totalling 778 homes, confirmed per Aldar's official launch announcement of 7 September 2026.
