Binghatti Starfall is a residential and retail building in Al Jaddaf by Binghatti Developers, minutes from Al Jaddaf Metro on the Green Line and within easy reach of Downtown Dubai, DIFC, Business Bay and Dubai International Airport. The concept is built around astronomy: a resident Observatory with telescopes on the amenity podium, an Observatory Dome, a Meteor Trail lighting feature running down the facade and into the landscape, and a double height lobby with a fibre optic constellation ceiling. The building comprises 754 residences, mostly studios and 1 bedrooms, over 14 residential floors above a 4 level podium, with 17 retail units at ground level. Handover is scheduled for 30 September 2028. Al Jaddaf is entering a completely new phase Etihad Rail high-speed station: Al Jaddaf has been confirmed as one of the Dubai stations planned for the future Dubai–Abu Dhabi high-speed rail, connecting the two cities in approximately 30 minutes. Dubai Urban Tech District (2030): a major new innovation and technology hub planned for Al Jaddaf, expected to create approximately 4,000 jobs. New DEWA headquarters: DEWA's landmark Al Shera'a headquarters is being developed in Al Jaddaf, bringing thousands of professionals into the area. Connectivity: 8 minutes to Downtown Dubai and Burj Khalifa, 6 minutes to DIFC and 8 minutes to DXB Airport. Dubai Creek Harbour sits directly across the Creek, Jaddaf Waterfront and Marina are within walking distance, and the area is served by Al Jaddaf Metro Station today and the future Etihad Rail high-speed station tomorrow.
