ENTA Mina is the first residential project under ENTA, the built-to-sell brand from HIVE, developed as a joint venture between HIVE and RAK Properties, master developer of the Mina waterfront community. It is a design-forward building of 119 apartments on Hayat Island, within Mina, Ras Al Khaimah, about 45 minutes from Dubai.
