Richmond Residences at Mira Coral Bay

Richmond Residences is a 293-unit branded apartment building within Mira Coral Bay, a 220,000 sqm beachfront master community on Ras Al Khaimah's mainland shoreline at Al Mairid. Developed by MIRA Developments in partnership with Marjan, with a masterplan by Marco Casamonti and Partners / Archea Associati. Every unit is delivered fully furnished by John Richmond, with Italian-made furniture, lighting, kitchen equipment, appliances, linens and tableware included in the purchase price. The building runs hotel-level services: concierge, housekeeping, valet parking, in-residence dining, 24/7 security and property management. Al Mairid is an established coastal district roughly 8 km from Downtown Ras Al Khaimah and 20 km from Al Marjan Island and the Wynn corridor. It is mainland, so schools, clinics and retail are already in place and there is no bridge dependency. Ras Al Khaimah recorded 670,000 visitors in the first half of 2026, its strongest first half to date, against a target of 3.5 million annually by 2030 and a hotel pipeline expanding from roughly 8,500 to 18,500 keys. Wynn Al Marjan Island is scheduled to open in September 2027. The master community includes private beaches, a yacht club, two branded beach clubs, five-star hotels including a branded spa hotel and a resort hotel, retail, restaurants and an art gallery.
