SOMA Residences

SOMA Residences is an intimate collection of just 44 private residences by Origami Development on Dubai Islands, where the Mediterranean meets Dubai. Set within a low-rise coastal setting, SOMA brings together design-led homes, generous outdoor spaces and a lifestyle shaped by openness, connection and ease. Designed by XBD Collective and inspired by contemporary European living, the collection includes one-, two- and three-bedroom residences, two-bedroom plus flexi layouts and three-bedroom duplexes. Three-metre ceilings, floor-to-ceiling acoustic glazing and expansive private balconies create bright, open interiors, finished with Bosch appliances, fixtures by Geberit, Grohe and Zucchetti, warm oak tones and porcelain surfaces. Smart home integration and individually controlled cooling come as standard, and the project is enrolled to pursue WELL Gold Certification. Amenities include a 20m infinity pool with in-pool sunken loungers, a children's pool, a clubhouse with café and co-working space, a sunken lounge, a Technogym fitness centre, a movement studio, a treatment room, sauna and steam rooms, a rooftop lounge and a rooftop padel court. The Canal Promenade, Dubai Islands Mall, marinas and white-sand beaches are within walking distance, with golf courses, Sheikh Zayed Road via the new bridge, Downtown Dubai, DIFC and Dubai International Airport a short drive away. Expressions of interest are now open at EOI-phase prices with a 5% discount, with additional discounts for 40% and 50% down payment plans. Handover is expected in Q4 2028.
