Villa del Garda

Villa del Garda is a boutique, fully furnished and fully serviced branded residence by Mr. Eight Development on Dubai Islands, set on the first row of the marina with views across the marina and the Arabian Gulf. Only 134 residences are spread over 7 residential floors. The U-shaped building is planned so that most homes look out over the marina, and its yacht-inspired architecture uses clean horizontal lines and fluid forms. Unit types run 1BR, 2BR and 3BR apartments, 2BR and 4BR duplexes, and 5BR residences. Every residence is handed over fully furnished and equipped, with a bespoke Italian kitchen, custom Italian wardrobes made for Mr. Eight, and furniture installed on site by European specialists. Chiller-free cooling reduces tenant holding cost compared with metered-chiller buildings. The Grand Lobby is finished in travertine and warm teak, with an Exteta x Riva furniture collection designed by Massimo Castagna and seating by Loro Piana Interiors. Residents have a private adults' pool with a sculptural infinity installation at its centre, a children's pool and play area, Dolce&Gabbana Casa poolside furnishings, a Technogym fitness studio, an outdoor fitness area with ice bath, a private spa with sauna, hammam and cold plunge pools, a Pilates studio, a residents' lounge, a signature café and restaurant, and landscaped gardens. The service charge covers weekly in-residence cleaning with linen and towel change, Wi-Fi in the lounge, 24/7 security, doormen and valet, bellboy service and concierge. À la carte services, billed separately, include a Rolls-Royce with chauffeur, a Riva boat with captain moored at the marina five minutes away, golf carts with driver, personal training, childcare and in-residence maintenance. Dubai Islands brings together beaches, marinas, an 18-hole golf course, shopping and dining within the island community, about 20 minutes from Downtown Dubai.
